Cathy Phillips, 63 of Elk Grove Village. Beloved and caring daughter of Irene; loving friend of Sue E., Sue J., Carol, Joan, Jo, Donna and Lester, Ruthie and many more close friends and neighbors.
Cathy’s spirit and character endeared her to everyone who met her.
Cathy loved music and The Beatles topped her list of favorites. She was an avid Chicago sports fan. She was especially overjoyed by the historic Chicago Cubs World Series win of 2016.
Cathy was involved in Willow Creek Community Church and considered every friend she met at Willow as her extended spiritual family.
Visitation Saturday December 2nd from 10:00am until time of services 11:00am at Willow Creek Community Church, 67 East Algonquin Rd., South Barrington, Illinois. Interment is private. Arrangements by Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory, Roselle.
