Catherine Mary Pierobon (née Reichel) was born on August 6, 1958, and passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026.
Cathy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Pierobon; her parents, William and MaryLou Reichel; and her father-in-law, John Pierobon.
She is lovingly remembered by her four children: John (Emily) Pierobon, Angela (Ryan) Nawrocki, Theresa (Rick) Nelson, and Bobby (Laura) Pierobon; her mother-in-law, Gloria Pierobon; her sisters and sisters-in-law, Debbie (Chuck) Kirschbaum, Peggy (Bill) Ubert, Kim (Larry) Pavey, Tammy (Jeff) Davis, Vicky (Erik) Lovell, Sandra (Andy) Frontzak, and Julie (TJ) Pemrick. She also leaves behind countless nieces, nephews, godchildren, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends, all of whom loved her dearly.
Known simply as Nonni, Cathy found her greatest joy in being a grandmother. Her treasured grandchildren: Braelyn (her “Pumpkin Girl"), Marcus (her “Buddy"), Jack (her “Jack Jack"), Taylor (her “Sweet Pea"), Callum (her “Bonus Boy"), Bo (her “Sweet Boy"), Gloria (her “Princess"), Giavana (her “Angel"), and Ryan (her “Handsome Boy") were the center of her world and will miss her beyond measure.
Nonni never missed an opportunity to spend time "hanging out” with her grandchildren. Whether it was sleepovers, shopping trips, swimming, family vacations, or simply sitting together talking and laughing, those moments meant everything to her. She adored and spoiled them in every way she could, and there was nothing she wouldn't do for them. The word "no" simply wasn't in her vocabulary. They were truly her pride and joy, and her unconditional love will remain with them forever.
To know Cathy was to know someone with a generous heart and fierce love for her family and friends. She always put the people she loved before herself and was happiest when everyone was together. Her kindness, strength, sense of humor, and unwavering devotion touched countless lives and created memories that will be treasured forever.
Cathy was a fighter until the very end. She faced life's challenges with remarkable strength and courage. She was not afraid of leaving this world. Her only heartbreak was leaving behind the family she loved so deeply, especially her grandchildren.
