Carol Jean Slarich, 72, died November 30, 2013. Carol was the beloved wife of James Slarich for 49 years; Loving mother of Scott and Sandra (Chris Floyd) Slarich; Proud grandmother of Diane and Steven Slarich, Piper Mathieu, and Lilian Floyd; Cherished sister of Nancy Van Wazer, Robert Saul, and the late Richard Saul, Jr.
Carol was a hard working woman who never sat still. She was also a Cub Scouts den mother for many years.
Visitation for Carol Monday December 2, 5:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert Street (at Middle Road) South Elgin. Funeral Tuesday 10:30a.m. at the funeral home. Interment Lakewood Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer’s Association Greater Illinois Chapter 8430 W. Bryn Mawr, Suite 800 Chicago, IL 60631 would be appreciated.
