Carol Schoenrade (nee Catanese), 77, of Elgin. Beloved wife of the late Frederick; Loving Mom of Cliff (Gina) and Gregg (Connie); cherished grandma of Nathan, Jacob, Maggie, James, Adam, Joey and Jennifer; dear sister of Donna (Gregg) Schumacher; caring aunt of Brad, Ryan, Jason, Laura, Karon and Cyndi; fond daughter of the late Frank and Jeanette (nee Dadario) Catanese. Carol loved good food and travel but being with her family is what she enjoyed the most. Visitation 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Visitation Saturday 9:00a.m. until time of Mass 10:00a.m. at St. Thomas More Church, 215 Thomas More Dr, Elgin. Following service, cremation at Countryside Crematory.
