Visitation for Carol Czach nee Zangrilli, a 2 year resident of Little Sisters of the Poor in Palatine, formerly of Schaumburg and Chicago, will be held Monday from 2:00pm until 8:00pm at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Tuesday 9:30am at Little Sisters of the Poor until time of mass 10:30am. Interment will be private.
Born January 17, 1911 in Chicago, Carol died Tuesday August 9, 2011.
She enjoyed cooking and hosting many family gatherings. She always loved a good party. Carol was a great caregiver to her daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many others.
She is the beloved wife of the late Fred; loving mother of Dolores Holmes; cherished grandmother of Marie Vette, Allison (Luis) Vargas, Robert (Dan Kaepplinger) Holmes and Douglas (Sandra) Holmes; proud great grandmother of Kelsey and Zachary Irish, Jennifer, Nicole and Anthony Vargas and Sophia Holmes. Dear sister of the late Frank(the late Ellen), the late Joe(Margaret)and the late Thomas Zangrilli. She also leaves Many loving nieces and nephews.
