Carol Jean Cheatham (nee Ketcham), 79, of Itasca formerly of Wood Dale; beloved wife of 56 years to the late Kenneth “Gene”; loving mother of Kirk (Paula), Tim (Sonia), Ernie and John (Ana); cherished grandmother of Tim, Tom, Josh, Katie, Diana, Nadia, Itza, Gwen and Nathan; proud great grandmother of Amie, Paco, Noah, Cody, Alexis, Tyler, Allison, Nathan Jr and the late Evelyn; dear sister of Sally, Ruth, Pat, Joan and the late Fay and daughter of the late Ernest and Evelyn (nee Kiraly) Ketcham.


Visitation Saturday, July 3, 2021 1:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service 5:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Following services cremation will be at the Countryside Crematory.

Inurnment Wednesday July 7th, 9:30 am at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery 20953 Hoff Road, Elwood. Please meet at the visitor's center of the cemetery promptly at 9:15 am.
