Carmen Montalvo, 85, beloved wife of the late Monserrate; loving mother of William (Patricia), and Sonia (Jeff Johnson); proud grandmother of Richard (Katie) Conforti, Kyle Conforti, Elisa Montalvo, Melinda Conforti, Antonio Montalvo, and Gina Montalvo; great grandmother of Alexander Conforti, Jaycie Brown, Lorelai Conforti, and 2 on the way; dear sister of Ana Torres, Annie Montalvo, Celia Merchand, Rosie Montalvo; preceded in death by 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Carmen loved to do needlework.
Visitation Sunday, November 9, 2:00-8:00pm Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Monday 9:15am to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00am. Family and friends to meet at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at 1:30pm.
