Carl, age 72, passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 25, 2013. He was born August 13, 1940 to Carlton, Sr. and Frances Chase.
He was the beloved husband of nearly 51 years of June (nee Pellonari); Loving father of Kenneth (Sue), Virginia Kissamis (Kel), Nicholas, Christine Trippi (Mike), and Jessica Avila (Juan). He was the proud grandfather of 11, Addie Bowers (Justin), Christopher Pasquini, Kamron Kissamis, Nicole, Kenneth and the late Patricia Chase, Spencer and Samantha Trippi, Peyton Chase, Gracie and Oscar Avila. He was the great grandfather of Chase and Sadie Bowers. He was dear brother of Candy O’Connell (Martin), Lawrence (Sharon), and Alton. He was preceded in death by his sister Evelyn, and his brother Fred.
Carl Retired from the CTDU after 30 years, subsequently working 15 years for Schaumburg School District 54. After he retired for good he spent the remaining years of his life as the adoring and adored “Papa” of his family. His favorite things were “cakes” at his house every Saturday morning, family parties and his weekly poker night with friends.
Visitation for Carlton Friday March 29, 2:00PM until time of service 8:00PM at Countryside Funeral Home 333 S. Roselle Road (1/2 South of Irving Park Road) Roselle. Following services cremation at Countryside Crematory. Please omit flowers.
