Calvin Stringer

Calvin Lee Stringer, 64, of South Elgin, died September 18, 2025. Calvin was the beloved husband of Debra Stringer (nee Allen); loving father of Cheryl (Scott) Norman and step father of Amanda (Jeff Patryn) Shinners; proud grandfather of Kinzlee and Kaison Norman, Fawne and Willow Fayfar, Oliver Patryn; Calvin had 4 siblings. He loved all his family and helping out whenever he could!

Calvin enjoyed growing flowers and working in the yard, particularly mowing the lawn. He worked as mechanic and truck driver for many years.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
