A memorial service for Bruce Raymond Wrightson will be held at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd., Roselle. Saturday, June 27 from 2- 4 p.m.
Bruce lived in Woodstock, and died June 22 at home. He was born August 7, 1961 in Lousiville, KY, where he attended St. Margaret Mary School and Church, and graduated from Waggener High School. Bruce had an outgoing personality and strangers quickly became friends. He will be remembered for his infectious laugh.
He is survived by two sons, Michael and Daniel, and his former wife, Kim, all of Hampshire. Also surviving are his mother, Elizabeth Wrightson, and his grandmother, Mary Louise Kessler, both of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by four brothers: Mark (Donna) of Roselle, Arthur (Marianne) of Williamsburg, VA, Steve (Michelle) of Lexington, KY and William (Lisa) of Louisville, KY and one sister: Katherine Wrightson of Louisville, KY.. Bruce was the uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Alan S. Wrightson, Sr. and his sister, Mary Beth Wrightson Kopesky.
