Visitation for Brian Edward Smith of Streamwood since 1983 will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 11:00a.m. until time of service 2:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.

Born September 19, 1958 in Elmhurst, Brian died Friday, February 10, 2017.

He is the beloved husband of 33 years of Kelly nee LeRoy; loving father of Natalie (Min) Kim, Katie and Daniel; adored grandfather of Maddox and Macey Kim; cherished son of Margaret and the late Francis Smith nee Tobin; dear brother of Robert (Cheryl Brassington) Smith, Daniel (Nancy), Jeanne (Tom) Wokas, Glenn (Barbara), Gary, Gail and Wayne (Patty); Many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and lifelong friends.
