Beverly A. Loeffler, a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished friend to many, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the age of 82.
Beverly was born on May 7, 1943, in Chicago, Illinois, to Sylvester and Beatrice Dudek. She spent her formative years cultivating a deep love for people and nature—a passion beautifully displayed in her immense talent for gardening. Known for spending a lot of time in her garden, Beverly's life was a testament to nurturing growth and beauty in everything she touched.
Having raised her family with profound love and care, Beverly was the cherished mother of Michael Loeffler, Joseph Loeffler (Christina Wieman), and Mary Whetter (Joseph), and the adored grandmother to Kyle, Evan, Cheyenne, and Jordan. Her family was a source of immeasurable joy and pride, and her role extended beyond her home, as she was affectionately recognized as "Mom" by at least 50 children in the neighborhood who grew up under her watchful and loving gaze.
A devout prayer warrior, Beverly was steadfast in her faith and commitment to praying for anyone in need, embodying a spirit of kindness and compassion that left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
Beverly was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Joseph Loeffler, her beloved son, Steven Loeffler, and her cherished parents, Sylvester and Beatrice Dudek. Her memory and legacy continue to live on through her surviving family members and the countless lives she touched.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. Streamwood, IL. A Funeral Friday, October 24, 2025 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15 am going to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 502 S. Park Blvd. Streamwood, Illinois, for the Funeral Mass in celebration of Beverly's at 10:00 am. Interment Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, IL.
