Betty Cobbs

Betty J. Cobbs was born on August 9,1944 to Lois Cobbs in Trenton Tennessee. She was the eldest child of eleven. Betty was also Blessed with a Bonus Father and Mother, Elijah and Dorothy Simmons where she was the third child of seven.

Betty later married Hubert Stalling who preceded her in death on November 19, 1998.

Betty worked for Misericordia Homes where she was a dedicated worker who found great joy working with colleagues and residents where she later retired. She was a loving Mother, caring Grandmother, Sister and friend who graced us with her love, compassion, strength and kindness.

On Sunday October 6, 2024, Betty departed this life to begin a New Life with her Lord and Savior.

Betty leaves to cherish her memory her children a Daughter Stephanie and Son in law Nathaniel Robertson, a Son Stephen and Daughter in law Tammy Cobbs, a Son Brain Cobbs and Keke, Grandchildren Samantha and Josh Jernigan, Skyler Robertson, Brianna and Briontay Cobbs, One grandson and granddaughter who preceded her in death Brian Jr. and Brittany Cobbs, One Aunt Rozeen Smith, Three sisters Lisa and Brother in law Charles Booth, Elissia and Deborah Simmons, three Brothers James, Obie and Tracy Armstrong, One God Sister Helen Williams, One God Son and his wife Dwight and Rhonda, special friend Mrs. Sarah and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
