Prayers for Bernadette Joan Stone nee Dziki of Elgin for 30 years will begin Monday 9:00a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. Mary Catholic Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Family and friends will gather at 2:00p.m. at St. Adalbert Cemetery 6800 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles 60174 for committal services.
Visitation will be held Sunday 2:00 – 8:00p.m. at the funeral home.
Born October 19, 1925 in Chicago, she died Thursday April 15, 2010.
Bernadette is the beloved wife of 65 years of Thomas G.; loving mother of Gregory (Carol) of Hanover Park and the late Dale; cherished grandmother of Angela (Mike) Prybis, Elizabeth (James) Zawilinski and Catherine Joy; proud great grandmother of Jacob, Chase, Cole, Zachary and Sommer; dear sister of Julian (Annamae) Dziki, Irene (the late Peter) Jamroz, Rosemary (the late Frank) Bojarski and the late Emily Crea and Lorraine Boudreau; fond aunt of many loving nieces and nephews.
