Barbara Ann Tellock (née Karl), age 73, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026. She was born to Don and Fannie Karl, both of whom preceded her in death.

Barbara was the beloved wife of Joel Tellock. She was a devoted mother to Mark Wrzeciona and his wife Diana, Lisa Woodward, and Zachary Tellock and his partner Jessica. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Madeline Wrzeciona, Faith Wrzeciona, Lila Woodward, Scarlett Woodward, and Tallulah Tellock, all of whom brought great joy to her life.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Fannie Karl, and by her siblings Donna Bonk and Joseph Karl. She is survived by her sister, Marianne Exum.

Barbara will be remembered for her love of family, her kindness, and the many lives she touched throughout her years. Her presence brought comfort and strength to those around her, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service celebrating Barbara's life will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 410 S. Rush Street, Itasca, Illinois 60143. Family and friends are invited to gather afterward for a luncheon at Nuova Italia, 32 East Lake Street, Addison, Illinois 60101.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives were enriched by knowing her.
