Barbara Ann Menichino

Barbara Ann Menichino, 86, of Bartlett, IL for almost 50 years, passed away peacefully on May 12,2026. Barbara was born on November 26,1939 in Altoona, PA.

Barbara was a beloved mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She is survived by her loving children Michele (Ray) Nigg, Robert (Lisa) Menichino, Thomas (Sheryl) Menichino, Lisa Menichino & David (Nina) Menichino. She was a proud grandmother to 11 Grandchildren, Ashley, Anthony (Barbara), Kiersten (Erik), Austin (Nikki), Michael (Emma), Kevin, Angela, Emma, Connor, Oliver and Dante’ and cherished her 10 great grandchildren who brought her immense joy. Barbara is also survived by 1 brother, Karl (Lynn) Vargo.

Barbara was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Vincent whom she shared 24 cherished years. She is also reunited with her parents, (Joseph and Barbara Vargo), and siblings Thomas, John, David, Jerome and Carol (Torok) Vargo.

Throughout her life, she found great joy in watching her family grow and thrive. Barbara was known for her wonderful cooking, her love of tennis, her Children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 S. Bartlett Rd. Bartlett, IL. Interment following at St Michael the Archangel, Palatine.
