Balbina Tomacruz, M.D., passed away peacefully on January 28, 2023, surrounded by her immediate family at Alexian Brothers Medical Center. She was 81 years old.
Balbina (Dr. Bee, Bing) had a private OB/Gyn practice for over 40 years in Elk Grove, IL, before retirement.
She was predeceased by her parents, Damian Sr. and Nicanora Tomacruz; older brothers Dr. Santos(Teng+) and Atty. Manuel(Mely+); and younger sister, Victory(Russell+) Limjuco.
She is survived by her youngest brother, Damian Jr.(Minda); youngest sister, Felice; half brother, Gregorio Manuel Reniedo(Gloria+); and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and a great-grandnephew.
She is gone but will be forever loved and will never be forgotten.
