Antioco “Vicente” Godinez beloved husband of Margarita (nee Lopez); loving father of Jennifer Godinez, Vincent (Jenny) Godinez and Natalie Godinez; cherished grandfather of Myles; dear brother of Thomas G., Victoria, Luisa, Arturo and the late Juan and Roberto;cherished uncle and family member to all in the Lopez and Godinez families; proud master of Daisy; loving friend to all. Querido amigo para todos. He was a student of life and mentor to many a creative welder who also enjoyed landscaping. He enjoyed all types of music including The Beatles, Frank Sinatra and traditional Mexican.

Visitation Sunday, August 19th, 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Visitation also Monday 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass 10:00 at St. Thomas More Church, 1625 West Highland, Elgin. Interment River Valley Memorial Gardens.
