Funeral for Anthony Louis Conforti of Schaumburg since 1968 will be held Wednesday Sept. 5, 2012 11:00a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Following services cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday Sept. 4, 3:00 - 9:00p.m.
Born February 10, 1934 in Chicago, Tony died Tuesday August 28, 2012.
He is the beloved husband of the late La Verne nee Galiano; both loving father and best friend of Daniel (Tami Lyn) of Elk Grove Village; proud grandfather of Danielle (Neal) Sherman and Nicholas; dear brother of Russell, Michael, John and the late Alfonse.
