A memorial mass for Anne F. Appleton nee Goodman of Bartlett will be held Friday August 3, 2012 10:30a.m. at Corpus Christi 1415 Lies Rd. Carol Stream.
Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born March 22, 1927 in Kansas City, KS, Anne died Saturday July 28, 2012.
Retired from Bell Labs in 1983 now Lucent Technologies. Anne enjoyed taking care of her family. An avid bridge player, loved playing golf with her friends in Diamondhead.
She is the beloved wife of the late James T.;loving mother of Frances "Fran" (Wayne) Reed, Gerald (Anita) and the late James Wray and daughter-in-law Lucy; proud grandmother of Kelly, Kori, Kathy, Christina, Heidi, Brian, James, Sandy, Lucy, Dennis, Shiela, Bonnie, Laura and the late Angela and Jessica;cherished great grandmother of Tim, Sean, Claire, Jay, Emily, Jacob, Bianca, Paulo, Carter, Anastasia, Alexander, Matthew, and Hailey; dear sister of Berenice Goodman and the late Helen Mufich, dear sister-in-law of Mack Mufich; fond aunt of Marty and many loving nieces and nephews.
