Anna Austin, age 66, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 25,2015 unexpectedly. Anna was born on April 2, 1949 in Chapman, AL. Anna was originally from Allison, Pa.
Anna graduated from Brownsville Area High School in 1967. Anna was a graduate of University of Pittsburgh and received a Doctorate in Education.
Preceded in death was her brother Staff Sergeant Mack Arthur Price. Surviving are her devoted husband Dr. L. Bruce Austin, son Sean Austin, and stepchildren Chad, Marcus, and Quinn Austin; mother Rev. Clara Yarborough of Allison, Pa.; brother Ronald Lee Price and wife Rachael of Allison, Pa.; brother Carl Anthony Price of Allison, Pa.; sister in law Janice Malone, and brother in law Kent Allison; Aunt Alice Harris of Hiller, Pa.; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation Saturday, May 30, 3:00pm until time of service 7:30pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation to follow after services at the Countryside Crematory. Information 630-289-8054 or www.countrysidefuneralhomes.com
