Anita Marlene Reid (nee Wolke), 84, of Schaumburg and formerly of Elgin. Wife for 62+ years of the late David A. Reid, Sr.; mother of Debra Lee (Brian) Sullivan, David A., Jr. (Carlene) and Thomas L.; grandmother of Casey, Andrew, Colleen, William and Tom; great grandmother of Mac, Emmett, Owen, Harleigh Ann, Addison, Drew and Maci; sister of the late Janice Sahr; sister in law of Dennis Sahr; daughter of the late Leonard and Edith Wolke.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, singing and volunteering. Anita was very involved with her church.
Visitation Thursday, January 26, 10:30am until the time of memorial service 11:30am Unity Lutheran Church of Berwyn 6720 31st Street, Berwyn Illinois 6042. Inurnment to follow 2:00pm at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery 20953 Hoff Road, Elwood. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Association, Hossana Lutheran Church in St Charles, or AMITA Health Hospice would be appreciated.
