Andrew “Drew” G. Chenelle, M.D., 59, of Bartlett, IL passed away on September 13, 2023. Drew was a neurosurgeon at Central DuPage Hospital for 18 years. He was the beloved father of Devon Chenelle and Brooke Simon-Chenelle; loving brother of Lisa (Bob) Norton and Lynne Chenelle and half-brother of Dana Chenelle and Quinn Chenelle. Drew was preceded in death by his parents John and Shirlee Chenelle.
A visitation will be held on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 4-8 pm at Countryside Funeral Home, 950 S. Bartlett Rd. Bartlett, IL 60103. Prayers will be said on Tuesday morning at the funeral home at 9:15 am at then process to St. Peter Damian Catholic Church, 131 S Crest Ave, Bartlett, IL 60103 for mass at 10:00 am. Interment Queen of Heaven, Hillside, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brain Trauma Foundation, 228 Hamilton Ave, 3rd Floor, Palo Alto, CA 94301.
