Services for Andrew J. Chapman, 51 of Bartlett will be held Tuesday 12noon at the Countryside Funeral Home 950 South Bartlett Rd. Bartlett. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Visitation will be held Tuesday 10:00a.m. until the time of service.
Andrew is the beloved husband of Renata nee Jakubowski; loving father of Tessa and Ella; cherished son of Walter F. and the late Mary Ann Chapman nee Klemundt; dear brother of Carol (Patrick) Huntowski of Itasca and Emily (Tim) Bauman of Sante Fe, NM; fond uncle of many loving nieces and nephews.
