Amy Moore

Amy C. Moore (nee Clark), 58, of Bartlett for 25 years, died Tuesday, November 21, 2017. Born October 15, 1959 in Dayton, OH. Amy was an avid Cubs and Blackhawks fan but what she enjoyed most was spending time with her family, especially her kids. Beloved wife of James “Jim”; loving mom of Jason (Mary Beth), Tyler (Gianna) and twins Jeffrey and Charles; cherished daughter of Ann (nee Smallwood) and the late Donald Clark and kind sister of Lynn (Luciano) Saralli, David (Susan) and Jeffrey (Sheila) Clark. Visitation 3:00p.m. until time of memorial service 6:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Cremation at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to charity of choice.
