Albert Popnick

Albert “Popper” B. Popnick, age 65, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2022.
Born June 24, 1957, in Chicago the son of Albert and Lennie Popnick.

Al was a beloved husband to Victoria, a devoted brother to Gwen and Debra and dearest father to Andria, Kenny (Dana), Krystal (Tim), Stephanie, Samantha, Ashley, Katie and Megan. Al was a cherished grandfather to Dakota, Angelina, Marissa, Kristian, Ben, Brooklynn, Travis, Lily, Sophia, Max, Kenny, Avi, Mason, Roxi and Avery.
He was also a loyal and caring friend to many.

“Honest” Al was a true car guy who would always give you the “best deal”. He loved the outdoors and was an amazing fisherman and a master of the grill.

But most of all, he loved his family. His (8) kids were his entire world, and he was not afraid to brag to everyone about each and every one of us! He was taken too soon from us and will miss him beyond measure.

Visitation for Al will be held Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Countryside Funeral Homes 950 South Bartlett Rd Bartlett, IL from 3:00pm – 9:00pm. Funeral services and burial will be private. Info www.countrysidefuneralhomes.com or (630)289-7575
