Albert Brito, 82, of Pingree Grove, former long time resident of Carol Stream, passed away Friday, March 10, 2023. An avid Cubs fan, Albert was a devout family man who could fix anything and was known as a Jack of all trades. Beloved husband of 55 years to Camille (nee Straka); loving father of Michael (Mirjana), Jeffrey (Melissa), Gary (Aimee), and Christine (Justin) Tait; proud grandfather of Savanna, Gabriel, Vincent, Maya, Jackson, Alyssa, Sophia, Vivienne, and Brandon; cherished brother of Paul (the late Carol), Rose (Joe) Russo, Robert (Susan), and the late Raymond (Janet); fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; dear brother in law of Janet Straka and Robert (Marquetta) Straka. Visitation Thursday, March 16 from 11:00am until time of stories 1:00pm, where friends and family will be invited to share their stories of Albert, at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert St. (at State St.), South Elgin. Cremation private at Countryside Crematory.
