Alan Gordon Doty, 77, of Elgin, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2024. A Navy Veteran, Alan was an Eagle Scout, Scout leader, and Freemason who was also an avid collector. Husband of the late Terry; father of the late Alan James Doty and the late Marc William Doty; grandfather of Theodore "Teddy" Doty. Cremation was private at Countryside Crematory.
