Prayers for Adeline Groholski nee Roszko of Elgin, formerly of Hanover Park for over 24 years and Elmwood Park will begin 10:15a.m. Friday at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. Ansgar Church. Mass 11:00a.m. Interment St. Adalbert.
Visitation will be held Thursday 3:00 – 9:00p.m. at the funeral home.
Born August 7, 1914 in Chicago, Adeline died February 21, 2010 in Elgin.
She is the beloved wife of the late Joseph; loving mother of Jim (Anita) of Elgin and the late Susan Rafa; cherished grandmother of Robert (Robin), Thomas and David (Tracy) Groholski; proud great-grandmother of Ryan and Kaitlyn; dear sister of Sophie (the late Eugene) Burkart and the late Eleanore Cabaj and Mae Kasper; fond aunt of many loving nieces, nephew, great-nieces and great-nephews.
