Adam Zwolinski, 62, of Bartlett and formerly Bloomingdale, died Monday, December 28, 2020. Born August 20, 1958 in Poland. Adam loved music and singing. He could play the piano and enjoyed playing the guitar. He will be missed by his family. Beloved husband of 36 years to Michelle; loving dad of Patricia (James) Malott and Annette; cherished grandpa of Frederick and dear son of the late Jerzy and Helena. Visitation Monday, January 4, 2020 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett from 9:30a.m. until time of prayers 10:30a.m. going to St. Peter Damian Church, Mass 11:00a.m. Interment to follow.
