Adam Kulik

Adam Kulik, 22, passed away unexpectedly March 2nd. He is survived by his parents Wes and Alicia, nee Stroinski, a brother Paul (Brooke) and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Adam was a 2008 graduate of Bartlett High School. He briefly attended E.C.C. He was currently employed at Davies Molding in Carol Stream. His passion was working out both at the Bartlett Community Center and Hackney's gym. He aspired to be a personal trainer. Visitation Tuesday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Wednesday prayers at 9:45 am to Resurrection Catholic Church for a 10:30 am mass. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory following his mass.
