Dr. Acezr S. Leynes, 53, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 10, 2026. Beloved husband of 28 years to Maria (nee DelaCruz); loving father of Anne Michelle, Alyssa Marie, and Michael Adam Leynes; cherished son of Manuel and Carmen (nee Sanchez) Leynes; dear brother of Aldric (Joy) and Lovely Leynes; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Cremation private at Countryside Crematory. Memorial visitation Friday, August 21 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. Family and friends will meet Saturday, August 22 at 10:00am for Memorial Mass at Holy Archangels Parish at St. Hubert Church 729 Grand Canyon St., Hoffman Estates. Inurnment immediately following at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org are appreciated. Info (630)289-7575
