Dr. Acezr Sanchez Leynes, 53, has passed away on August 10, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of infinite love and immeasurable impact on all who were blessed to be in his presence.

A loving and devoted husband, a beloved father, an incredible son, a cherished brother, a treasured uncle, an extraordinary physician, and a friend to all, Acezr is the heart of his family—a source of strength, wisdom, and comfort whose presence made others feel safe and deeply loved. His compassion, generosity, and devotion has not only touched, but saved countless of lives. He is the pinnacle of the very best a man could be, and his legacy will endure for generations.

He lives forever through his beloved wife, Maria Eloida; his children, Anne Michelle, Alyssa Marie, and Michael Adam; his mother and father, Carmen and Manuel Leynes; his brother, his sister-in-law and niece, Aldric, Joy, and Kylie Leynes; his sister and nephew, Lovely and Zachary Leynes; and the countless relatives and friends who were blessed to know him.

Though his absence leaves an irreplaceable void, his love remains etched into the lives he shaped. He is profoundly loved, and his memory is eternal.

Cremation private at Countryside Crematory. Memorial visitation Friday, August 21 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. Family and friends will meet Saturday, August 22 at 10:00am for Memorial Mass at Holy Archangels Parish at St. Hubert Church 729 Grand Canyon St., Hoffman Estates.
