A Memorial Visitation for Abelina "Abby" Cadena of Hanover Park since 1972 will be held Friday, November 25, 2022 2:00 - 7:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Service 4:00p.m. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Abelina is the beloved wife of Eduardo; loving mother of Fernando (Debbie) Cadena, Patty (Michael Vazquez) Cadena Vazquez and Paulina (Rick) Carlberg; adored grandmother of Nathan and Matthew Carlberg and Mikey Vazquez; cherished daughter of the late General Alfonso and Blanca Jaramillo nee Espinoza; dear sister of Alfonso (Consuelo) Jaramillo; aunt of many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She will also be missed by her affectionate cat "Tiger". Donations made to PAWS Animal Shelter at pawschicago.org in memory of Abelina would be appreciated. Funeral info (630) 289-8054.
