Beloved wife of the late Milford Chapman; loving step mother of Milford Jr. (the late Peggy) Chapman, Barbara (Gary) Cook, and the late Thomas (Linda) Chapman; Proud grandmother of Linda (Paul) Deboo, Glen, Tom Cook, Bill (Judy) Chapman, Susan (Don) Martin, Scott, John (Lisa), Tony, Tom Jr. Chapman & Laura; dear sister of the late Joseph and Eugene Zalewski; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Cyryaka Zalewski.

Visitation will be Monday August 13, 2012 from 10:00am until mass 11:00am at St Hubert Church 729 Grand Canyon St. Hoffman Estates. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery Justice Illinois.
