Funeral for Consuelo Galvan nee Carrillo of Bartlett, formerly of Chicago will be held Saturday 10:30a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Interment Lakewood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday 3:00 - 9:00p.m.

Born April 8, 1931 in Grand Forks, ND, Consuelo died Wednesday August 8, 2012.
